Research Topics

• Currently he works in the development of electronic structure methods in the frameoworks of density functional theory (DFT), reduced density matrix functional theory (RDMFT), and wavefunction theory. Lately, part of his research is devoted to the adequacy of electronic structure methods to compute molecular properties. He also works in the fields of chemical bonding analysis and aromaticity.
